Anggia Magnalita
Metallurgical Engineer
Anggia is a Metallurgical Engineering graduate (B.Eng.) from the Bandung Institute of Technology, is a site-experienced and results-driven metallurgist with over 8 years of professional experience in the mining industry, specializing in the processing of gold, silver, and copper.
She began her career at the Sihayo Gold Project (Merdeka Group), where she supported feasibility studies and process optimization for both newly identified ore resources and existing deposits. Her work focused on improving recovery and developing efficient processing strategies during the early project development phase.
Anggia then joined Green Gold Technology, where she spent 2 years contributing to the design of gold and copper processing plants. She played a key role in the ReCyn Project, an innovative cyanide recovery and detoxification system aimed at improving environmental performance and maximizing gold and silver recovery.
For the past 5+ years, Anggia has been with Nusa Halmahera Minerals (Indotan Group), gaining extensive site-based experience in gold and silver processing operations. Her core competencies include comminution, Merrill-Crowe, CIL (Carbon-in-Leach), dry stack tailings, and tailings management systems. She has successfully led and supported plant optimization projects, cost-saving initiatives, and performance monitoring programs, consistently delivering improvements in metallurgical recovery and plant efficiency.
Anggia is also an active member of the Indonesian Metallurgical Professional Association (Prometindo), reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and engagement with the broader metallurgical community.
